Competition Terms & Conditions*

1. Introduction
The promoter of this competition is The National Asian Wedding Show, in collaboration with Dubai Economy and Tourism, Weddings by Emaar, Nara Desert Escape, Aura Skypool, and DREAM Dubai (collectively referred to as “the Partners”). By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must be residents of the UK.
• Entrants must be couples intending to marry.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The National Asian Wedding Show or its Partners, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants must have a valid passport for international travel.
• Entrants must follow the Instagram accounts of The National Asian Wedding Show and all tagged partners to be eligible:

• Entrants must have a public profile for entry verification.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition:
1. Follow the Instagram accounts of the National Asian Wedding Show and our Partners (listed above).
2. Like the competition post on the National Asian Wedding Show Instagram page.
3. Comment on the post answering the question: “Name two venue locations featured in this post” and include the hashtag #DreamWeddingDubai in your comment.

4. Competition Period
• The competition will open on on Wednesday 9th October 2024 and close at 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday 10th November 2024.
• The competition winners are announced on Sunday, 17th November 2024 at The National Asian Wedding Show, Novotel London Hammersmith. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. Prize
Two (2) lucky couples will win a special pre-wedding trip to Dubai, including:
• Two Premium Economy roundtrip tickets from designated UK airports to Dubai. These designated UK airports include Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Stansted, Manchester, and Newcastle. Subject to latest flight routes covered by Emirates Airlines https://www.emirates.com/ae/english/destinations/flights-from-united-kingdom/
• A 4-day, 3-night stay for two at either Address Grand Creek Harbour or Palace Dubai Creek Harbour, subject to availability.
• AURA SKYPOOL Morning/Afternoon Pool Experience with Lunch in the sky for Two & a bottle of Prosecco.
• DREAM Dubai Dinner and a show for two, including a glass of bubbles upon arrival and 3-course sharing menu.
• Nara Desert Escape Sunset and Dinner Experience for two.

6. Winner Selection
• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
• The winners will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram within one (1) day of selection.
• The winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
• The winners will be expected to attend the National Asian Wedding Show, Novotel London Hammersmith, on Sunday 17th November 2024 where the announcement and presentation will be made on stage.
• Proof of identity and wedding plans may be required.

7. Prize Conditions
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
• Travel must be completed by 31st December 2025 and is subject to availability.
• The winners are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and travel requirements for Dubai.
• The winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including but not limited to airport transfers, meals (unless specified), insurance, and personal spending money.

8. General
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By participating in the competition, entrants consent to the use of their names, images, and comments for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
• In any competition announcements and publicity material (including, but not limited to, online material) related to the, including, but not limited to, across media channels and Platform operated by us. In addition, as a condition to receiving the Prize, The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, automatically is liable to provide their consent to being filmed and photographed by our camera/photo crew over the redeeming the Prize, and photographed by our camera/photo crew over the course of experiencing the Prize (where applicable) and to us using any content created across our various media channels and Platform.
• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

9. Privacy
• Any personal information provided during the competition will only be used in connection with this competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
